Does Dojo introduce concepts or information that my sales force can actually use? Will I get an ROI?

Our intensive curriculum focuses on techniques and skills your reps will put into practice immediately. They’ll return to the office with their plan of action at hand, and you should begin to see the rewards of their training the first week, ensuring you an ROI.

How can I be sure my rep will actually use the knowledge that he or she learns?

All sales reps leave our Dojo program with a detailed follow-up plan to bolster their training, which includes supplemental training suggestions.

Will you conduct a Dojo on a weekend, so I don't lose selling days?

Yes. Most Dojos are scheduled on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, so you or your reps can choose to attend at the most convenient time. Dojos are held Wednesday/Thursday (two selling days lost); Wednesday/Saturday (one selling day lost); and Friday/Saturday (one selling day lost).

Do you offer any guarantee?

Yes. If after the first day a rep either lacks the drive or feels the program isn’t meeting expectations, you pay nothing.

Who pays for travel?

All Dojos are conducted within a reasonable driving distance of your city, and we have special arrangements with hotels to keep travel expense to a minimum.

How many reps are in a class?

Class size is kept to a minimum, as there is a significant amount of role playing and interaction between trainers and students.

Will I get any feedback on my reps after class?

You will get a full report on both the strengths and weaknesses of your rep, as well as any individual follow-up information that we feel is needed to enforce the training.

I don't know if I like the fact that my reps will be in training with other reps who work for competitors in my area.

We ensure that all private information regarding your dealership is kept confidential. We ask that all sales reps sign a Code of Conduct Agreement at the start of training.
